CASH or CHEQUE only

Upon receiving a call or text stating a dog's groom is complete, there is a 30-minute window for pickup to ensure a one-on-one, cage-free grooming experience for all dogs. Otherwise, there will be a $20 late fee. 

There is a 15-minute late policy. Once exceeding this timeframe, the dog must be rescheduled. If this occurs more than twice, we can no longer accept that client. 

There is a strict no-show policy. After two no-shows, we can no longer accept a client.
