DogBod is the creative endeavor of Chicago-based songwriter Eva Mattioli, offering a captivating blend of emotional lyrics and hook-filled, atmospheric melodies that seamlessly fuse indie, rock, and pop. The band features the dynamic talents of Alexander Attea on bass, Trent Henry on guitar, and Ethan Friman on drums. Formed in January 2022, DogBod released their debut EP in early 2023, followed by a series of compelling singles throughout 2023 and 2024. Known for their energetic live performances, DogBod has graced renowned Chicago venues like Subterranean, Beat Kitchen, and The Burlington Bar, steadily building a loyal local following.
