Welcome to DoDo Zisui (“the App”).

Before using the App, please carefully read and fully understand all contents of these Terms of Service. By downloading, installing, registering, logging in to, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Article 1. Service Content

The App is a household meal management tool. Its main features include:

• Recipe management

• Ingredient management

• Refrigerator inventory management

• Shopping list management

• Family sharing features

• Cloud data synchronization

• Membership subscription services

We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade, or optimize the service content according to product operation needs.

Article 2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Account Registration

Users may register and use an account through the login methods supported by the App.

Users shall ensure that the registration information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

2.2 Account Security

Users shall properly safeguard their account information.

Users shall be responsible for any account leakage, unauthorized use, or losses caused by their own actions or negligence.

2.3 Account Deletion

Users have the right to request account deletion through the functions provided in the App.

After account deletion, data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable regulations.

Article 3. User Conduct

When using the App, users shall not:

• Violate laws or regulations

• Infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others

• Upload illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content

• Use the App for any illegal activities

• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App

• Circumvent membership feature restrictions through technical means

• Reverse engineer, crack, or maliciously attack the App

If any of the above behavior is found, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the relevant services.

Article 4. User Data

Users retain lawful rights to the data they upload, create, or save.

Users shall ensure that the content they upload does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests.

Users are fully responsible for the data they publish and store.

Article 5. Membership Subscription Services

5.1 Subscription Content

The App provides auto-renewing membership services.

Members may enjoy benefits including but not limited to:

• Higher data storage limits

• Unlimited recipe management

• Unlimited refrigerator inventory management

• Future member-exclusive features

Specific benefits are subject to the content displayed in the App.

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Membership subscriptions are provided through the Apple App Store.

The subscription will automatically renew before the end of the current subscription period unless the user turns off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

5.3 Cancellation

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Refund rules are subject to the relevant policies of the Apple App Store.

Article 6. Intellectual Property

The App and its related content, including but not limited to:

• Software code

• Interface design

• Icons

• Trademarks

• Documentation

are protected by intellectual property laws and regulations.

Without permission, no individual or organization may copy, modify, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes.

The lawful rights to recipe content and related data created by users belong to the users themselves.

Article 7. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services under the following circumstances:

• System maintenance or upgrades

• Network or device failures

• Force majeure events

• Requirements of laws and regulations

• User violation of these Terms

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact on users.

Article 8. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Data delays or losses caused by network failures

• Service interruptions caused by third-party service abnormalities

• Data losses caused by user operation errors

• Losses caused by force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure service stability and data security.

Article 9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms according to business development needs.

The modified Terms will be published in the App or on relevant pages and will take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of the App by users shall be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.

Article 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise mandatorily provided by law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent people’s court.
