Users can request deletion of their Do Do account AND associated personal data by emailing:

Please include the email address used to sign in to the app.

Account and associated user data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

All associated personal data will be permanently deleted after verification, except records temporarily retained for legal or security purposes.
