We require an hour notice to changer or chancel an appointments, and we require a 24 hour notice to scheduled a car cleaning unless it is a government car from a first responder agency.
NO SHOW
If the person who scheduled a car cleaning is a no show we will contact them, after 3 no shows we will refuse business.

SERVICING FIRST RESPONDER AGENCY VEHICLES
Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing DO NOT require a hour notice for a vehicle to be serviced if the vehicle(s) being serviced. If Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing dose detail a first responder agency vehicle we will travel to the agency that scheduled the detailing for the vehicle(s) to be services. If the first responder agency that scheduled a service get a call and has to use the vehicle being serviced Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing will remain on the premises until the vehicle being serviced is back and can continue being services unless asked to leave. It is advised that the first responder agency that owns the vehicle getting services is possible puts the vehicle as being serviced so Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing can complete the services(s) without issues. If a first responder agency schedules several vehicles with Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing the agency can request the vehicles be done in one day or over the time frame of a week. first responder agency's can cancel a servicing at any time.
VEHICLE BATTERY
I hereby agree that Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing will have my doors opened to clean vehicle's interior & could cause my battery to drain; I release them from any liability the battery drain may cause.
OWNERSHIP
I hereby agree and certify that I am the registered owner of the vehicle submitted to Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing, and/or have authority by the registered owner(s) to submit vehicle to Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing.
WAIT TIME AFTER COMPULSION
I hereby agree that Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing cannot wait more than 24 hours after I have been notified of completion of services. I also release Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or belongings after they have turned keys or left the premises.
VEHICLE OPERATION
I hereby authorize Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing to operate submitted vehicle for the purposes of delivery, service, accommodation for space, inspection or any other reasons deemed necessary at my risk.
TRAVEL FEE
Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing provides detailing & wash services for all customers at our standard rate; however additional travel fees with a minimum of $20 may apply if customer wants the vehicle delivered.
ENGINE CLEANING
I hereby agree that Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing shall not be held liable for any problem that may arise if I request Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing to clean or wipe down the engine &/or engine compartment.
Customer not Present When Service is Completed:
I release Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicle if I cannot be present when the service is completed.
LEAVING KEYS WHEN NOT PRESENT
I hereby agree and authorize Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing to leave the keys with a specified person, area of my vehicle, or location if I cannot be present upon completion of services. Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing shall not be held responsible for the vehicle if it gets stolen or for keys being locked in my vehicle as result of leaving them inside.
DAMAGE
I hereby agree that Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing shall not be held liable for any mechanical condition or pre-existing conditions such as dents, scratches & any other pre-existing damages to the vehicle's interior &/or exterior nor for the loss or damage of articles/belongings left in vehicle due to, a case of fire, theft, accident, service provided or any other cause beyond Dodge's Cleaning & Dealing's control. It is your responsibility to point out items that are fragile or no longer functional in many cases the damage is not noticeable due to the state of the vehicle prior to detailing. I agree that I am responsible to go over my vehicle with an Dodge's Cleaning & Deatlings affilate, member, staff, or representative before they leave the premises. I release Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing from any liability pertaining to my vehicle or belongings after they have turned in the keys and/or left the premises or if I cannot be present after completion. I agree that Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, or any belongings contained inside of the vehicle or to the location of service. I understand that my vehicle will be cleaned at my own risk and it must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes and that any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service and I will have to present at least 2 diagnostics and/or price estimates to prove the damage was caused by Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing.
ABANDON VEHICLE
As stated by Illinois law (section 11-40-3.1): A vehicle or any part thereof so abandoned on private property shall be authorized for removal, by a law enforcement agency having jurisdiction, after a waiting period of 7 days or more, or may be removed immediately if determined to be a hazardous dilapidated motor vehicle.
A vehicle left on the Property after 7 days the owner will be charger a $20 fee for each day it is on the property past the 7 day mark. If there is no response from the owner after 15 days the vehicle and owner info is then passed over to the local authorities with jurisdiction. Owners will be notified if local authorities impounded the vehicle.
STORAGE
You CAN pay to have your vehicle stored on Property to a specific date, If owner dose not respond see the policy above.
BUSINESS REFUSAL
Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing CAN refuse business, Under federal anti-discrimination laws, businesses can refuse service to any person for any reason, unless the business is discriminating against a protected class. At the national level, protected classes include: Race or color. National origin or citizenship status.
REFUNDS
With any cleaning and detailing service unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or discount. Additional non-returnable items: Gift certificates To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. These will be discussed when contacting our company. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us!
VIDEO/PICTURE PERMISSIONS
When making a appointment we have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.
AFTER SERVICE CONTACT
When scheduling a detailing do know there will be after service contact, please note we will ONLY contact you with a survey or payment reminder. If you do not want Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing to contact you with a survey please let us know when picking up. Dodge's Cleaning & Dealing will NEVER contact a first responder agency with a survey unless requested by a first responder who works for that agency.
PICK UP/DROP OFF CHARGES
Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing will charge up to $20 to deliver/pick up fee for a vehicle. The amount charged will depend on the distance we travel. Travel fees are not effected by discounts.
HAZARDOUS MATERIAL CHARGE
Dodge's Cleaning & Detailing will charge up to $35 extra for a vehicle containing hazardous materials such as (but not limited too), Bodily fluids, Mold, Bugs, ECT. This fee in not effected by discounts.
Q: Do you detail vehicles other than Dodge?
A: Yes, We do all sorts of vehicles!
Q: Can you do different types of vehicles?
A: We can do buses, farm equipment, car/U hail trailers, ect. We just don't have set prices for those and we will have to do some research to figure out pricing for those.
Q: How long dose a detailing take?
A: Usually 4-6 hours but it depends on the service and size of the vehicle.
Q: What are the benefits to having a vehicle detailed?
A: It preserves you upholstery and paint, Enhances car performance, extends your vehicles lifespan, preserves your vehicles resale value, weakens allergies, and enhances the overall appearance. Not to mention there are some safety benefits of detailing!
Q: From a business stand point why would it be important to have company vehicles detailed?
A: Because the conditions in the environment can impact people in a fleet vehicle, proper cleaning procedures must be implemented in order to keep everyone safe, not to mention overall having a clean vehicle can make a good impression and is more professional.
Q: Can you pick up/drop off vehicles?
A: Yes! but it dose come with a travel charge which is usually $20 depending.
Q: If I cant pick up my vehicle can you keep it over night?
A: Yeah, If you cant pick up your vehicle the same day just message us when you are coming to get it.
Q: Will my vehicle be completed the same day I drop it off?
A: Most vehicles are typically completed same day, as long as they are dropped off before 1PM. Under certain conditions, such as pet hair or excessively dirty vehicles, we may need to keep your vehicle over night but we always check with you to make sure that's okay.
Q: Can you service a vehicle on Sunday?
A: For emergency response vehicles yes, when its a civilian car if some other day and time dose not work sure.
Q: Do you price match?
A: No, we price our services according to skill set, supplies, and time that goes into our services.
Q: How do you choose services to add next?
A: Well mostly how many people want it/the services popularity but a bunch of factors come in to play when choosing.
Q: Can you remove mold from my car?
A: Yes but to get rid of the mold you would need to select one of our new add on services!
Q: May I drop off my car the day before my scheduled appointment ?
A: Yes, your vehicle will safely locked in our secure garage overnight and will be stated first thing in the morning.
Q: Do you detail in winter?
A: Yes but we are limited on what we can do.
Q: Do you offer a express service or do mobile detailing services?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer express services, and the only time we do mobile detailing is when we are servicing a emergency response vehicle
Q: Do I need to make an appointment or can I just drop by?
A: You would need to scheduled for us to service your vehicle.

A: You message us and you can cancel at any time!

A: You can message us with a picture on your tag number and we will add it with the basic info we got before hand!

A: When you buy a pass we get some basic info and you get a number tag on your key, When scheduling you just have to show us the tag when picking up.
