This Privacy Policy applies to the application DOCUMENT READER: PDF, WORD DOC (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was developed by Macro Mobile Solution (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as a service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information in compliance with Google Play policies and global data protection laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), LGPD (Brazil), VCDPA (Virginia), CDPA (Connecticut), and UCPA (Utah).
We only collect information that is strictly necessary to provide app features and improve user experience.
We do not require account registration.
If you contact us for support, we may collect your name and email address to respond to your inquiry.
Device model, OS version, crash logs, performance data.
The Application collects device identifiers such as Google Advertising ID (AD_ID) for advertising, analytics, attribution, and fraud prevention purposes.
These identifiers may be shared with advertising partners such as Google AdMob and Firebase services to deliver personalized or contextual ads and measure ad performance.
Users can reset or delete their Advertising ID at any time by going to:
Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
Network status (WiFi/mobile) to check connectivity.
App usage data (e.g., features used, frequency).
We collect information about app interactions to improve app functionality and user experience.
The Application requests certain permissions to enable features. These permissions may give temporary access to your device’s hardware or storage, but we do not store, sell, or share your personal data beyond what is required to provide functionality.
d) Photos, Videos, Audio, and Files:
The Application may access photos, videos, audio files, and documents stored on your device solely to enable document viewing, reading, scanning, organizing, and file management features.
Files are processed locally on your device. We do not upload, store, sell, or use your personal media content for unrelated purposes.
If any file processing involves third-party service providers (such as analytics or ad attribution tools), such processing is strictly limited to enabling core app functionality and does not include selling or commercializing your content.
2. How We Use Your Information
Data Collected and Purpose:

Personal data (such as name/email if provided for support) will be securely deleted within 30 to 90 days of app uninstallation, inactivity, or upon receiving a verified deletion request. Non-personal and aggregated analytics data may be retained as necessary to improve app performance and stability.

6- Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or in the mobile application marketplace or network.
7- Right to Opt-Out of Data Sale and Targeted Advertising
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency about how we handle your personal data. Under applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other privacy regulations, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.
8- How to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising
You can opt out of personalized advertising and the sharing of Advertising ID for targeted ads by:
1. Open your Android device Settings.
2. Going to Google → Ads.
3. Selecting "Delete advertising ID" or "Reset advertising ID".
This will stop personalized ads from being delivered based on your device identifier. You may still see non-personalized ads.

You have the right to know if your personal data is being shared with third-party service providers or other entities. We share data only with third-party service providers that assist us in providing services, such as analytics or advertising. Our app requests the following Android permissions strictly to enable functionality. Most of these permissions do not result in data collection; they only allow app features to work properly.
CAMERA → Used only for document and QR/barcode scanning. Images are processed locally and not stored or shared.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE / ACCESS_WIFI_STATE / INTERNET → Used strictly for app features, notifications, and purchases. No personal data is shared.
STORAGE (READ/WRITE/MANAGE) → Document/file access, saving, and management.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS → Alerts, reminders, feature updates.
VIBRATE / WAKE_LOCK → Alarms, vibration feedback, and keeping the device active.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE → Running essential tools in the background.
BILLING → In-app purchases (premium features, remove ads).
BIND_APPHUB_SERVICE → Attribution and ad-related functionality.
DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION → Internal service handling (no personal data collected).

BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE → Install tracking and attribution.
AD_ID / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION / ACCESS_ADSERVICES_TOPICS → Users can opt-out of personalized ads anytime via Android Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID → To deliver personalized ads and measure ad performance. Users can reset or opt out in settings.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE → Access, open, read, and manage documents locally. Files are never uploaded or shared.
We do not collect or share any personal data through permissions that are used only for internal or technical functionality.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. In jurisdictions where GDPR applies, this threshold may be 16 . If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians can contact us at support@macromobilesolution.com to request deletion.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
