Required for the Document Scanner feature to capture images of physical documents.
Storage / All Files Access:
Required to list, display, and save files (PDF, DOCX, etc.) on your device.
File Transmission (Converter Only):
For the Document Converter feature, the specific file you choose to convert is temporarily transmitted to our secure backend server. This is strictly for the purpose of performing the file conversion.
B. Automatically Collected Data (Analytics & Logs)
We may use third-party services to collect non-personal information to improve app stability and performance. This includes:
Device type and model.
Operating system version.
App crash logs and performance data.
General location data (IP address-based).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
Document Management:
To display and read documents locally on your device.
Real-Time Conversion:
To convert files from one format to another (e.g., Image to PDF). Files sent to our server for conversion are processed automatically and immediately returned to your device.
Ad Serving:
To display advertisements via Google's advertising networks (AdSense/AdMob) to support the free use of the App.

Utilized for core Android functionalities.

5. Data Retention (Zero-Retention Policy for Converter)
Converted Files:
We operate a strict zero-retention policy for our Document Converter backend. When you upload a file for conversion, it is processed in real-time in memory. Once the conversion is complete and the file is returned to your device, both the original and converted files are immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not store, archive, or view your user-generated content.
Local Files:
Scanned and read documents remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or delete them.
Analytics:
Non-personal analytics data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
6. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA):
Processing Basis:
File conversion is performed based on your explicit action (contractual necessity) to use the converter tool.
Data Minimization:
We only process the specific file you select, and we do not retain it after the process is finished.
Your Rights:
You have the right to access, rectification, and erasure. Since we do not store your files, there is no personal data on our servers to access or delete after the transaction is complete.
7. CCPA/State Privacy Laws (US Users)
Right to Know/Delete:
You may request information about data collection. However, regarding the Document Converter, we do not maintain a repository of your files, so there is no data to provide or delete upon request.
Do Not Sell My Info:
We do not sell your personal data or your files to third parties.

We use secure transmission (SSL/TLS) to send your files to our conversion server. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
