I'm a results-oriented facility management leader with over 20 years of experience transforming diverse facilities – industrial, residential, and commercial. My expertise combines a deep understanding of technical systems with strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
I leverage industry-leading certifications (IFMA-FM Professional, ISO Certifications) and technical proficiency to ensure efficient operations and compliance. Additionally, my website development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) allow for the creation of user-friendly custom solutions.
I spearheaded the development of a Enterprise Resource Planning System currently used by Hawiyah Residential & Industrial Park, Samsung PMT Camp and other locations (Loc. 235, Loc. 240). This demonstrates my ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions that optimize facility operations.
As the primary technical writer for the Hawiyah Residential & Industrial Park project, I authored comprehensive policies, manuals, and other documents. I also developed the web application and website of TAFGA project site (e.g. HR&IP). This experience highlights my proficiency in clear and concise communication.
