1. Einleitung

Willkommen bei Doctree. Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der App sowie der kostenpflichtigen Funktionen innerhalb von Doctree. Durch die Nutzung der App oder den Kauf eines Abonnements oder eines Lifetime-Zugangs stimmst du diesen Nutzungsbedingungen zu.

Doctree ist eine App zur persönlichen medizinischen Dokumentation. Die App hilft Nutzern dabei, medizinische Vorgänge, Symptome, Medikamente, Dokumente, Befunde, Fragen für Arzttermine und PDF-Berichte zu organisieren. Doctree bietet keine medizinische Beratung, keine Diagnose, keine Notfallversorgung und keine Behandlungsempfehlungen. Die App ersetzt keine Beratung durch einen Arzt oder eine andere qualifizierte medizinische Fachperson.

2. Kostenlose Version und kostenpflichtige Funktionen

Doctree kann in einer kostenlosen Version mit eingeschränktem Funktionsumfang genutzt werden. Einige Funktionen können ein kostenpflichtiges Abonnement oder einen einmaligen Lifetime-Kauf erfordern.

Der kostenpflichtige Zugang kann zusätzliche oder unbegrenzte Funktionen enthalten, zum Beispiel das Erstellen weiterer medizinischer Vorgänge oder das Einfügen optionaler Inhalte in PDF-Berichte. Der genaue Funktionsumfang kann sich im Laufe der Zeit ändern.

3. Abonnementoptionen und Lifetime-Kauf

Doctree bietet derzeit folgende kostenpflichtige Optionen an:

Monatliches Abonnement: 0,99 € pro Monat

Jährliches Abonnement: 11,99 € pro Jahr

Lifetime-Zugang: einmaliger Kauf von 14,99 €

Preise können je nach Land, Währung, Steuern, Store-Einstellungen, Aktionen und zukünftigen Preisänderungen variieren. Der endgültige Preis wird immer vor dem Kauf im Apple App Store oder Google Play Store angezeigt.

4. Automatische Verlängerung

Monatliche und jährliche Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums gekündigt werden.

Die mit deiner Apple-ID oder deinem Google-Play-Konto verbundene Zahlungsmethode wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums für die Verlängerung belastet.

Der Lifetime-Zugang ist ein einmaliger Kauf und verlängert sich nicht automatisch.

5. Kündigung

Du kannst dein Abonnement jederzeit über den App Store kündigen, über den du es gekauft hast.

Apple App Store:

Verwalte oder kündige dein Abonnement über die Abonnement-Einstellungen deiner Apple-ID.

Google Play Store:

Verwalte oder kündige dein Abonnement über die Abonnement-Einstellungen von Google Play.

Nach der Kündigung bleibt dein Abonnement bis zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums aktiv. Danach wird es nicht erneut berechnet.

Das Löschen der App beendet ein aktives Abonnement nicht automatisch.

6. Rückerstattungen

Zahlungen sind grundsätzlich nicht erstattungsfähig. Es werden keine anteiligen Rückerstattungen für nicht genutzte Teile eines Abrechnungszeitraums gewährt, außer wenn dies gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist oder nach den Richtlinien von Apple oder Google erforderlich ist.

Rückerstattungsanfragen müssen über den jeweiligen App Store gestellt werden:

Apple App Store:

Rückerstattungen werden von Apple gemäß den Apple-Richtlinien bearbeitet.

Google Play Store:

Rückerstattungen werden von Google gemäß den Google-Play-Richtlinien bearbeitet.

7. Änderungen von Preisen und Funktionen

Wir behalten uns vor, Preise für Abonnements, den Lifetime-Zugang und Premium-Funktionen künftig zu ändern.

Wenn sich der Preis eines automatisch verlängerbaren Abonnements ändert, wirst du, sofern erforderlich, über den jeweiligen App Store informiert. Je nach Regeln von Apple oder Google kann es erforderlich sein, dass du den neuen Preis bestätigst, um das Abonnement fortzusetzen.

Änderungen erfolgen im Einklang mit den Bedingungen und Richtlinien von Apple und Google.

8. Medizinischer Hinweis

Doctree dient ausschließlich der Dokumentation und Organisation von gesundheitsbezogenen Informationen, die vom Nutzer eingegeben oder importiert werden.

Doctree:

- stellt keine Diagnosen

- gibt keine medizinischen oder therapeutischen Empfehlungen

- bietet keine medizinische Notfallversorgung

- empfiehlt keine Änderung von Medikamenten

- ersetzt keinen Arzt, Apotheker oder eine andere medizinische Fachperson

Wende dich bei medizinischen Fragen, Symptomen, Behandlungsentscheidungen, Medikamenteneinnahme oder Notfällen immer an eine qualifizierte medizinische Fachperson. In einem Notfall kontaktiere sofort den örtlichen Notruf.

9. Nutzerinhalte und Verantwortung

Nutzer sind selbst verantwortlich für die Informationen, die sie in Doctree eingeben, importieren, speichern, bearbeiten oder exportieren.

Dazu können Symptome, Medikamenteneinträge, medizinische Dokumente, Befunde, Notizen, Fragen und PDF-Berichte gehören. Nutzer entscheiden selbst, welche Informationen sie eingeben und mit Ärzten oder anderen Personen teilen.

Deine personenbezogenen Daten und gesundheitsbezogenen Informationen werden gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung verarbeitet.

11. Apple Standardbedingungen

Wenn du Doctree über den Apple App Store herunterlädst oder ein Abonnement über den Apple App Store kaufst, gelten zusätzlich die Standard-Nutzungsbedingungen von Apple (EULA).

Doctree is an app for personal medical documentation. The app helps users organize medical cases, symptoms, medication entries, documents, findings, questions for doctor visits, and PDF reports. Doctree does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, emergency care, or treatment recommendations. The app does not replace consultation with a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

2. Free Version and Paid Features

Doctree can be used in a free version with limited access. Some features may require a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Paid access may include additional or unlimited features, such as creating more medical cases or including optional sections in PDF reports. The exact available features may change over time.

3. Subscription Options and Lifetime Purchase

Doctree currently offers the following paid options:

Monthly subscription: 0.99 € per month

Yearly subscription: 11.99 € per year

Lifetime access: one-time purchase of 14.99 €

Prices may vary by country, currency, taxes, store settings, promotions, and future pricing changes. The final price is always shown in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before purchase.

4. Automatic Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

The payment method linked to your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app store where you purchased it.

Apple App Store:

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Google Play Store:

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play subscription settings.

After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing period.

Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable, and no partial refunds are granted for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or by the policies of Apple or Google.

Refund requests must be handled through the respective app store:

Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies.

Google Play Store:

Refunds are handled by Google according to Google Play refund policies.

7. Changes to Prices and Features

We reserve the right to change subscription prices, lifetime purchase prices, and premium features in the future.

If the price of an auto-renewable subscription changes, you will be informed through the respective app store where required. You may need to confirm the new price to continue the subscription, depending on the rules of Apple or Google.

Changes are made in accordance with the terms and policies of Apple and Google.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Doctree is intended only for documentation and organization of user-entered health information.

Doctree does not:

- provide diagnoses

- provide medical or treatment advice

- provide emergency medical support

- recommend medication changes

- replace a doctor, pharmacist, or healthcare professional

Always seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, symptoms, treatment decisions, medication use, or emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

9. User Content and Responsibility

Users are responsible for the information they enter, import, store, edit, or export in Doctree.

This may include symptoms, medication entries, medical documents, findings, notes, questions, and PDF reports. Users decide what information they enter and what they share with doctors or other persons.
