Doctor's Own Supportive Services (Doctor's Own) is an innovative administrative infrastructure with the mission to assist physicians to have more autonomy within their practice.
As a medical-legal evaluator, you utilize Doctor's Own to handle the administrative tasks associated with medical-legal evaluations. Examples of medical-legal evaluations include Qualified Medical Evaluations (QME) and Independent Medical Evaluations (IME). Doctor’s Own staff are remote to be able to assist you! Our staff has the perfect mix of personal and digital assistance for ideal customer service.
You can utilize Doctor's Own services wherever you have internet or cell service! It includes notification options on report processing, financial updates, and templates to assist with medical-legal evaluations. Due to Dr. Bates' experience in medical administration roles she has streamlined the processes to allow more doctors to be able to work for themselves.

The idea of Doctor's Own buds from the various clinical settings Dr. Bates practiced dating back to the 1990's. Dr. Bates is an innovator in the medical field by utilizing higher technology such as templates and spreadsheets sooner than the industry allowed for it. In her experience, doctors were forced to reduced their autonomy due to contractual obligations and she is passionate to give an avenue for them to have that back.
Dr. Bates is passionate about ensuring other physicians have respect in their practices. This passion and philosophy is where the company values stem from: autonomy, excellence, and innovation. The development of Doctor's Own as an administrative company instead of an MD corporation was intentional to further ensure doctors' independence and reduce their cost. Thus, Doctor's Own was created: an administrative company to navigate medical-legal system for physicians to have autonomy and flexibility.
