DocsNoctis ("we", "our", or "the extension") is a Chrome extension that provides customizable dark mode features for Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your information private.
DocsNoctis does not collect, sell, or share personal information.
The extension does not collect:
Names or email addresses
Passwords or authentication information
Financial or payment information
Health information
Location information
Browsing history
Personal communications
Analytics or tracking data
DocsNoctis does not use advertising or analytics services to track users.
DocsNoctis uses Chrome's storage API to save your extension preferences.
These preferences may include:
Dark mode enabled or disabled status
Selected theme
Page color preference
Google Workspace service preferences
Automatic dark mode schedule

These settings are used solely to provide the extension's functionality and persist your preferences between browser sessions.
DocsNoctis operates on Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides pages to apply the selected visual theme and dark mode features.
DocsNoctis does not collect, upload, store, sell, or share the content of your documents, spreadsheets, or presentations.
Your document content remains within the Google Workspace environment and is not transmitted to DocsNoctis servers.
DocsNoctis only operates on supported Google Workspace editor pages, including:
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Google Slides
The extension does not intentionally access or modify unrelated websites.
DocsNoctis does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
The extension does not transfer user data to external servers for advertising, analytics, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.
DocsNoctis does not download or execute remote JavaScript code.
The extension's executable code is included within the published extension package.
Because DocsNoctis does not collect or transmit personal information or document content to our servers, there is no DocsNoctis server-side database containing user documents or personal information.
Extension preferences are stored using Chrome's extension storage mechanisms.
DocsNoctis does not use third-party analytics or advertising services to track users.
The extension is designed to operate directly within supported Google Workspace pages.
DocsNoctis does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to DocsNoctis or applicable requirements.
