Aayam Innovations provides DocPrint Pro as a document utility application. This Privacy Policy explains how information and files are handled when you use DocPrint Pro.
DocPrint Pro does not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as their name, phone number, or email address to use the app.
The app does not include an Aayam Innovations server for uploading users' documents, images, PDFs, signatures, or OCR content.
DocPrint Pro allows users to work with documents, images, PDF files, scanned pages, text, and signatures.
Files selected, created, edited, converted, or saved through the app are handled through the device's storage and Android file-access mechanisms.
DocPrint Pro may create temporary files when required for document processing, previewing, sharing, printing, conversion, or other app functions.
Aayam Innovations does not operate a server that stores copies of users' documents, PDFs, images, signatures, or OCR results.
DocPrint Pro may access the device camera when the user chooses a feature that requires scanning or capturing a document.
The app may also access files or images selected by the user for functions such as PDF creation, OCR, document conversion, image processing, printing, and signing.
Access is used to perform the feature requested by the user.
DocPrint Pro uses Google ML Kit components for document scanning and text recognition features.
These components and related Google Play services may process information according to Google's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Aayam Innovations does not operate its own cloud OCR or document-upload service for these features.
DocPrint Pro includes features that allow users to create, import, save, and place signatures on PDF documents.
Signature data is handled by the app for providing these signing functions. Aayam Innovations does not operate a server for uploading or storing users' saved signatures.
Users are responsible for protecting access to their device and any locally stored documents or signatures.
When a user chooses to share, open, or print a document, DocPrint Pro may provide the selected file to another application or Android system service chosen or requested by the user.
After a file is passed to another application or service, its handling may be subject to that application's or service's own privacy practices.
DocPrint Pro uses Google ML Kit and Google Play services for supported functionality such as document scanning and text recognition.
These third-party services may handle information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
DocPrint Pro does not currently include Aayam Innovations-operated analytics, advertising, or document-upload services.
Documents and other output files created or saved by DocPrint Pro remain in storage locations selected or made available through the device and Android storage system.
Some app preferences, recent-document references, saved signatures, and other information required for app functionality may be stored locally on the device.
Temporary processing files may also be created when necessary for app functions.
Retention of user-created files depends on where the user saves them and whether the user later deletes them.
Users can delete documents and output files using available app features or their device's file-management tools, depending on where the files are stored.
Locally saved signatures can be managed using the available signature-management features in DocPrint Pro.
Uninstalling the app may remove app-specific local data, while files saved by the user in shared or user-selected storage locations may remain on the device.
DocPrint Pro uses Android's file-access and application security mechanisms when handling files.
However, no method of electronic storage or processing can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their device and sensitive documents appropriately.
DocPrint Pro is a general-purpose document utility and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.
Aayam Innovations does not knowingly request children to provide personal information through an account-registration system in DocPrint Pro.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if DocPrint Pro's features, data practices, third-party services, or legal requirements change.
Any updated version will be made available through the published Privacy Policy page, with the effective date updated when appropriate.
