Doc Mate is based directly on the LibreOffice source code from the Document Foundation. It is recommended for users who want the convenience of installing from the App Store and getting automatic updates, compared to manually downloading the installing from the Document Foundation. And we will handle the support request from users for Doc Mate application.

Doc Mate is using and distributing LibreOffice source code under the Mozilla Public License (MPL) version 2.0. Doc Mate source code is made available to our customers under the terms of the MPL (Section 3.1), including any Modifications (as defined in Section 1.10) that we have created base on LibreOffice.
