Docly: PDF & DOCX Editor Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Jagsin handles information when you use Docly: PDF & DOCX Editor, the Android app with package name com.doceditor.documents.

Docly does not require an account, login, or registration. You can create, open, edit, save, share, and print documents without signing in. There is no account to delete.

2. Information we collect

• No account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or a password.

• Documents. Files you open or create stay on your phone. Docly copies a file into the app so the original is left alone until you save. Saving writes a copy to Downloads or to a folder you choose. We do not upload those files to a Jagsin server.

• Private draft. If you leave Keep a private draft on, unsaved edits are stored only on this phone.

• Settings. Your language choice and other settings are stored on this phone.

• Links you tap. Privacy, email, the Jagsin website, and More apps open in your browser or email app. Those apps are outside Docly.

3. How we use information

• To open, edit, count words, save, share, and print the document you chose

• To keep a private draft on the phone when that setting is on

• To remember the language you selected

• To answer a support email you send us

We do not sell your information. Docly does not show ads. Docly does not use an advertising identifier.

4. Permissions

The app does not use an internet permission to send your documents anywhere. It uses the Android file picker, share sheet, and print screen when you ask it to. Android backup of this app is turned off.

5. Data storage and deletion

Documents, drafts, and settings remain on your device. Deleting a file inside Docly removes the copy kept by Docly. A file you already saved in a folder stays in that folder. Uninstalling the app, or clearing the app’s storage in Android settings, removes the copy Docly kept. We do not keep a Docly account on a server.

6. Children’s privacy

Docly is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, email info@jagsin.in.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
