DocLog — Privacy Policy & Support
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Privacy
DocLog is designed so your health information belongs to you and only you.
Everything stays on your device. Your pain logs — including notes, photos, and voice notes — are stored only in DocLog's local database on your iPhone. There is no account and no sign-in.
No data is collected. DocLog contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party services. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your information.
Nothing is sent anywhere. DocLog never uploads your health data. The only way information leaves the app is when you choose to export a summary or your data and share it yourself.
Permissions, only when needed. The microphone is used only when you record a voice note, and notifications only if you turn on the daily reminder. Photos are chosen through the system picker, so DocLog never accesses your photo library.
Because all data stays on your device, deleting the app removes your data.
