This is just what the doctor ordered! We customize our base experience to your liking. We specialize in small intimate gatherings but we can cater to all group sizes, large or small, and locations inside or out. Don't know which cigars to provide your guest? Don't worry, our signature cigar is a mild maduro and a crowd pleaser. Want a different cigar or a certain setup? Part of our intake process includes determining the type of experience you are looking for - from the cigar, to the setup and the decor.
Base Price: $350
The Base Experience includes:
15 of Doc D's signature cigars of medium to full body strength
Elegant cigar bar display of cigars and tools
3 hours of exclusive service from a knowledgeable attendant to guide, cut, and light cigars for attendees
Travel within 25 miles of the zip code 30331 (will travel further for a fee)

You provide the spirits and the ice, we handle the setup and distribution to your guest.
$50 per hour, per bartender + $10 per guest (includes mixers for up to 2 signature cocktails, cocktail and/or shot glasses, napkins, stirrers and garnishes)

Doc D's Stix Terms & Conditions
By booking with Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience LLC (DDSMCE), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. Services are provided at the discretion of the organizers, and the booking party must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by DDSMCE.
Payment Policy:
A $100 deposit will be required upon confirmation of services. The final payment is due seven (7) days before the event. An invoice will be sent automatically.
Travel Policy:
Travel fee for locations within a 25-mile radius of the 30331 zip code is included in the package pricing. There is a $40 flat rate additional fee outside of the 25-mile radius within the State of Georgia. If you are looking for service in another state, please contact us.
Age Restriction:
All attendees must be at least 18 or 21 years of age depending on the booked experience. Valid identification is required for service.
Conduct:
Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and orderly. Doc D’s Stix reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.
Smoking Policy:
Our services cater to smoking-friendly events. Attendees acknowledge the risks associated with smoking and are responsible for their actions and health.
Personal Belongings:
The booking party and attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Photography and Videography:
By booking our services, you consent to attendees being photographed and/or recorded. Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event date by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. After 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time, a refund request will not be honored. No exceptions.
Refund Process:
Contact us at docdsstix@gmail.com with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Event Cancellation:
If canceled by Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience, the booking party will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.
Assumption of Risk:
Booking and participation are at your own risk. Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.
Release of Liability:
You release, waive, and discharge Doc D’s Mobile Cigar Experience LLC, including their owners, employees, and affiliates, from any liability, claims, or actions for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the event.
Indemnification:
You agree to identify and hold harmless Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Lounge LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from the event or violation of these terms and conditions.
