The owner, Treese, a New York native, moved to Miami, FL in 2015 and fell in love with the science of cigars. Slowly but surely, she has been learning all she can about the cigar industry and how to bring the same sophistication and quality to her community. In 2025, she decided to start a mobile cigar experience: she brings the cigars, you bring the community, and together, you'll get just what the doctor ordered!
We specialize in small gatherings (15-20 people) but we serve all types of events: weddings, birthdays, homecomings, bach parties, and corporate events. If you can you name it, we can service it!

Our base package includes a dedicated and knowledgeable attendant for cigar education throughout your event, cigars for 15 people, lighters, cutters, and ashtrays. Click "Book" to see our base price and the price for add-ons.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
By booking with Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience LLC (DDSMCE), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. Services are provided at the discretion of the organizers, and the booking party must adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by DDSMCE.
Payment Policy:
A $100 deposit will be required upon confirmation of services. The final payment is due seven (7) days before the event. An invoice will be sent automatically.
Travel Policy:
Travel fee for locations within a 25-mile radius of the 30331 zip code is included in the package pricing. There is a $40 flat rate additional fee outside of the 25-mile radius within the State of Georgia. If you are looking for service in another state, please contact us.
Age Restriction:
All attendees must be at least 18 or 21 years of age depending on the booked experience. Valid identification is required for service.
Conduct:
Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and orderly. Doc D’s Stix reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or dangerous.
Smoking Policy:
Our services cater to smoking-friendly events. Attendees acknowledge the risks associated with smoking and are responsible for their actions and health.
Personal Belongings:
The booking party and attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Photography and Videography:
By booking our services, you consent to attendees being photographed and/or recorded. Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience reserves the right to use these images and recordings for promotional purposes.
Refund Policy:
Deposits are fully refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to the event date by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. After 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time, a refund request will not be honored. No exceptions.
Refund Process:
Contact us at docdsstix@gmail.com with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Event Cancellation:
If canceled by Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience, the booking party will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.
Assumption of Risk:
Booking and participation are at your own risk. Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Experience LLC is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses during the event.
Release of Liability:
You release, waive, and discharge Doc D’s Mobile Cigar Experience LLC, including their owners, employees, and affiliates, from any liability, claims, or actions for injuries, damages, or losses arising from the event.
Indemnification:
You agree to identify and hold harmless Doc D’s Stix Mobile Cigar Lounge LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from the event or violation of these terms and conditions.

Do you have a trailer for attendees to sit in? No, we do not have a trailer but we can setup a covered space outside for attendees to relax in. We can provide a 10x10 canopy with 4 walls, and comfortable seating for up to 10 guest at a time. We can also provide no seating w/ high top tables which allows for more people within the canopy. These are included at no extra fee. Heating and cooling elements for various times of the year can be provided at an extra cost. Include these requests when you decide to book.
I don't know what type of cigars to request for my guest. No worries, our initial discussion will help us determine which cigar setup is the right fit. Price may increase if hosts requests brands more expensive than our signature cigar. Cigar type availability depends on the availability of our supplier. We make no guarantees of brand availability.
Do you provide the liquor for the pairings? No, we do not provide liquor. We provide a bartender and setup to accommodate your guest. We also make suggestions on what type of spirit you should purchase based on your cigar choices. We give you a choice of up to 2 signature cocktails and/or shots. This is priced per person in addition to a flat rate per hour, per bartender.
Can I get a quote of how much everything I want will cost? Yes, please click the "Contact Us" button and fill out the form with as much information as possible. You may receive and email or call from us to clarify details prior to providing a quote.
Can you setup inside? Yes and no, this depends on the space. If the event is at your private residence and you do not mind the smell of smoke in your home, then sure. It would probably be best to setup in the garage if this is your choice. If this is a private event at commercial establishment we have to follow the rules of the establishment. Please make sure you know the rules around smoking at the establishment before you contact us.
What if my guest do not smoke all of the cigars purchased for the event? Since you purchased the package the cigars are yours to keep or we can take the excess with us. Thank you for the donation.
