Data controller: Manuel Jiménez Ramos, an individual developer based in Spain, publishing as "Cubelo Games". Cubelo Games is a trading name, not a company: the person named here is the data controller.
Privacy contact: cubelocontact@gmail.com (postal address available on request to the same email)
App covered by this policy: Doblalo 2048 (com.cubelogames.game2048) for iOS and Android, distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Published policy URL:
https://sites.google.com/view/doblalo2048-privacy/inicio
This Privacy Policy explains what data Doblalo 2048 stores on your device, what data third-party providers process when you play, why, on what legal basis, and what you can do about it. It is written for the version of the app currently published on both stores.
Doblalo 2048 has no accounts and no sign-in. You are never asked for a name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, messages, or health data.
Doblalo 2048 has no server of its own. Your scores, saved game, themes, and settings stay on your device.
The app uses four third-party services: Google AdMob (ads and consent), Apple App Store / Google Play (purchases), RevenueCat (managing the optional Doblalo Pro purchase), and Sentry (crash reports). These providers process technical, advertising, diagnostic, and purchase data as described below.
Cubelo Games does not sell your personal data for money. See section 9 for what "sale" and "sharing" mean under United States privacy laws.
The game is fully playable offline, and playable without personalized ads.
The app writes the following to your device's app storage:
What
Why
Best score, last score, and the highest tile you have reached
Show your record on the home screen
The game in progress (board, tiles, current score)
Resume an unfinished game with CONTINUE
Selected visual theme and themes unlocked by watching rewarded ads
Keep the look you chose
Sound and vibration preferences
Respect your feedback settings
Crash reporting preference
Respect your choice in section 4.4
Whether you have seen the first-run "swipe to move" tutorial
Not show it twice
A local cache of your premium (Doblalo Pro) status
Start fast and work offline
Consent state, where the platform advertising SDKs store it
Remember your advertising consent answer
This data is not sent to a Cubelo Games backend, because there is none. It is not shared with the providers in section 4 and it is not used to identify you. Deleting the app deletes all of it from your device (section 7).
The app does not request or collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, calendar, photos or media library, microphone, camera, precise (GPS) location, files, health or fitness data, browsing history outside the app, or any biometric data. The app requests no runtime permissions other than, on iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt described in section 4.1. There is no third-party analytics SDK in the app.
These providers act as independent controllers or as processors under their own terms. Their own privacy policies apply in addition to this one; links are in section 12.
Doblalo 2048 shows minimal advertising:
Interstitial ads after some finished games.
Rewarded ads you can choose to watch to unlock a visual theme.
Rewarded ads you can choose to watch for one second chance to carry on a game that has ended.
One small banner at the bottom of the screen while you are playing a game. It is not shown to Doblalo Pro owners, and it is not shown anywhere outside a game in progress.
No full-screen or interstitial advertising outside the end of a game.
Before any ad is requested, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present the consent message required in your region (for example, the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland) and to record your answer. Where a privacy options form is required, Settings → Manage privacy reopens it so you can change your answer at any time.
Google's advertising SDKs may collect and process:
IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate (city/region-level) location.
Advertising identifiers and device identifiers, where available and permitted.
App and ad interactions, such as app opens, taps, ad impressions, and rewarded video completions.
Diagnostic and performance information, such as SDK performance, app launch time, hangs, crashes, and energy usage.
Google may use this data for serving and measuring ads, fraud prevention and security, diagnostics, and service improvement, depending on your region, your consent choices, your device settings, and Google's policies.
On iOS: after the consent message and before any ad is loaded, the app shows Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, your advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used for personalized advertising. If you decline, do not answer, or have tracking disabled system-wide, iOS withholds the IDFA from the ad SDK, so the ads you see are not personalized to you. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
On Android: there is no ATT prompt. Personalization follows your answer to the consent message and your device settings. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
The game plays exactly the same either way. Declining consent or tracking does not remove ads, reduce features, or change gameplay; it only changes how the ads are served. Doblalo does not force a particular serving mode: Google's ad SDK derives it from your consent answer and your device settings — limited ads without consent, contextual or non-personalized ads with consent but without tracking permission, and personalized ads only with both.
If you buy Doblalo Pro, the transaction is processed by Apple or Google depending on your platform. Cubelo Games never receives or stores your payment card number or your billing details. Apple and Google process purchase, payment, account, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction data under their own policies, and they report to Cubelo Games only aggregated sales and payout information.
RevenueCat is used to validate the optional Doblalo Pro purchase and to restore it on a new device. RevenueCat may process:
Purchase and entitlement status.
Product identifiers.
Apple receipt data or Google Play purchase tokens.
Transaction information such as purchase and expiry timestamps.
An app user identifier generated for purchase management.
Device and app technical information needed to deliver and restore the purchase.
The app uses RevenueCat anonymously: it never logs you in, never sets a custom user identifier, and never sends your name or email address. The identifier RevenueCat generates is not linked to any account of yours.
Sentry receives crash reports and error diagnostics. Crash reporting is on by default and can be switched off at any time in Settings → Crash reporting; when it is off, no report is sent. Reports are only sent at all in builds configured with a production Sentry key.
A report may include:
Device model and operating system version.
App version and build number.
Error details and stack traces.
Timestamps and the sequence of in-app screens leading to the error.
Technical context needed to understand the crash.
The app is configured not to send personal data to Sentry and to scrub sensitive values before an event leaves the device.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the legal bases under Article 6 GDPR are:
Purpose
Legal basis
Running the game and storing your scores, saved game, themes, and settings on your device
Performance of the service you requested — Art. 6(1)(b)
Showing personalized ads, and any non-essential storage or access on your device for advertising
Your consent, collected through the UMP message and, on iOS, ATT — Art. 6(1)(a)
Showing ads that are not personalized (contextual or limited ads) to fund a free game
Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f); where consent is required for device storage or access, that consent
Selling, delivering, and restoring Doblalo Pro
Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b)
Tax, accounting, and record-keeping tied to purchases
Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c)
Preventing fraud and abuse of ads and purchases
Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)
Crash reporting and reliability diagnostics
Legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f), with an opt-out in Settings
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (section 8); withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
Cubelo Games does not sell personal data for money and does not share it with data brokers, advertisers other than the ad network below, or any party not listed here. Data may be processed by or shared with:
Google (AdMob and UMP) — ads, consent management, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security, and diagnostics.
Apple App Store and Google Play — app distribution, purchases, payments, refunds, taxes, and platform compliance.
RevenueCat — purchase validation and restore.
Sentry — crash diagnostics, when enabled.
Data may also be disclosed if required by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
On your device: local gameplay and settings data stay until you overwrite them through normal play or delete the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else.
Sentry: crash reports are retained according to the retention settings of the Doblalo 2048 Sentry project and Sentry's own policy, and are deleted automatically when that period expires (90 days for error events at the time of writing).
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat: purchase and entitlement data are retained as long as needed to provide purchase history and restores, prevent fraud, meet tax and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.
Google advertising data: retained under Google's own policies and your consent choices.
Play the whole game offline, with no network connection.
Change your advertising consent in Settings → Manage privacy, where that form is required in your region.
Turn crash reporting off in Settings.
Restore purchases from the store account you bought with.
Open this policy from Settings → Privacy policy.
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, to allow or refuse tracking for this app.
Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads, to reset or delete your advertising ID.
Delete the app, which erases every piece of local data listed in section 2.
Under the GDPR (and comparable laws elsewhere) you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise them with Cubelo Games, write to cubelocontact@gmail.com. Requests are answered within 30 days.
One honest limitation: because the app has no accounts and no backend, Cubelo Games holds no data that can identify you and normally cannot locate "your" records to begin with — the data described in section 4 sits with the providers. For requests about that data, contact them directly using the links in section 12; the app's advertising identifier or your store transaction ID is what those providers can act on. Cubelo Games will help you route a request where it can.
If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can complain to your local supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), https://www.aepd.es.
Cubelo Games does not sell personal information for money. However, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, showing personalized ads may be considered a "sale" or a "sharing" of personal information (specifically identifiers and internet activity, for cross-context behavioral advertising).
To opt out of that sale/sharing:
iOS: decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or turn this app off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Android: delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Where the consent form is available in your region, refuse advertising consent in Settings → Manage privacy.
Or email cubelocontact@gmail.com and we will confirm how the request is applied.
Doing this does not remove ads and does not affect the price, features, or quality of the app — Cubelo Games does not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights. California residents also have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information; see section 8.
Doblalo 2048 is not directed to children. It is not listed in Google Play's Designed for Families programme, not published in the Apple App Store Kids Category, and it contains advertising and an optional in-app purchase.
Cubelo Games does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in your country (14 in Spain, up to 16 in some EU countries). If you are below that age, use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to a provider through this app, write to cubelocontact@gmail.com and we will help have it removed.
Cubelo Games operates from Spain. The providers in section 4 are based in or process data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA and the UK. Those transfers rely on the providers' own safeguards — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Each provider's privacy policy describes the mechanism it uses.

Cubelo Games and its providers use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data. Data sent to the providers listed above travels over encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS). Local data is stored in the app's private storage area, protected by the operating system's app sandbox and, on a locked device, by device encryption.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This policy is updated when the app's features, providers, data practices, or the applicable legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and the latest version is published at the URL linked from the app and from both store listings. Material changes will be reflected in the app's store listing notes; continuing to use the app after an update means the updated policy applies.
