Taylor 2.0: Reform, Relief, and Responsibility
I’m not running to fit in—I’m running to fix what’s broken. If you want real change, vote for me. Taylor needs major reforms, or it will fail. I’m ready to lead the fight.
🔧 My System Reset Agenda: TAYLOR 2.0
A new direction. Different priorities. Serious results.
Cut Property Taxes and demand concessions from entrenched interests
Overhaul the Water Department to lower water bills
Sell Golf Courses and SportsPlex—focus on core services
Deconcentrate Multi-Family Housing to protect neighborhoods
Shake Up City Departments: Building, Planning, Zoning, Finance, Assessors, and Community Development
Spin Off the 23rd District Court to reduce local liabilities
End Enterprise activities and wind them up - confiscate Enterprise fund balances
Call Tax Increment Finance Authority Bonds and deauthorize TIFA eight years early
Threaten Pension Plans with claw-backs in bankruptcy proceedings unless they agree to voluntary haircuts - both active and retired employees
Reduce fines from traffic and ordinance enforcement from $7,000,000 to $3,500,000 annually
Supervision of Ordinance officers from Dog Warden to Police Department
Flex-time and Part-time work options for City staff and employees
Complete efficiency study for all City services, elimination of inefficient services
This is an agenda for the people of Taylor—not the elected officials and civil servants.
🙏 My Commitment
I will maintain essential City services. I will annihilate waste and obsolete practices. I will fight for a government that serves you, not itself.
