By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Data Collection: Our Commitment to Minimalism
1.1 No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or process any personal data that can identify you, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, location data, or financial information.
1.2 No Chat History Storage: All conversations you have with AI characters through the App are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers or stored by us. Your chat history remains entirely within your control and is not accessible to us.
1.3 Limited Technical Data (Optional and Temporary): If you choose to enable optional features such as bug reporting or app performance optimization, we may temporarily process anonymized, non-identifiable technical data (e.g., device model, operating system version, app crash logs). This data is:
Collected only with your explicit consent;
Used solely to improve app functionality;
Anonymized to ensure it cannot be linked to you;
Deleted immediately after processing, with no long-term storage.
2. How We Use Data
2.1 Given our minimal data collection practices, we use data only in the following limited circumstances:
Local Processing: AI interactions and custom scenario creations are processed locally on your device to provide real-time responses without data transmission.
Optional Feature Improvement: If you consent to technical data sharing, it is used exclusively to fix bugs, enhance app stability, and improve user experience, with no identification of individual users.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 We do not share, sell, or disclose any data (personal or non-personal) to third parties, except in the following rare cases:
When required by law: We may disclose anonymized, non-identifiable information if compelled by a valid legal request from a Singaporean court or regulatory authority, provided such request complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
To protect our rights: We may share anonymized data to enforce our User Agreement, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of users or the public, where permitted by law.
4. Data Security
4.1 Although we collect minimal data, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect any temporary technical data processed during optional feature usage. This includes encryption of data in transit (if applicable) and secure deletion protocols to ensure no residual data remains after processing.
4.2 You are responsible for securing your device and account access to protect any local data stored on your device, such as chat history. We recommend using strong device passwords and keeping your app updated to the latest version.
5. Your Control Over Data
5.1 Consent Management: You can withdraw your consent for optional technical data collection at any time through the App’s settings. This will not affect your ability to use core features of the Services.
5.2 Local Data Management: You have full control over data stored locally on your device, including the ability to delete chat history, custom scenarios, or other content through the App’s built-in features or your device’s storage settings.
6. Children’s Privacy
6.1 We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors. Consistent with our general policy, we do not collect any personal data from children under the age of 13 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Parents or legal guardians may monitor their children’s use of the App and manage local data through device settings.
7. Changes to This Policy
7.1 We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any revisions will be posted in the App with a notice period of at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

8.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), to the extent applicable.
