Hello! I'm Doah, an artist with severe autism, making my mark in the colorful world of art right from the heart of Gunsan City, South Korea. Although words may not be my strongest suit due to my speech and language challenges, I've found a profound way to express my voice and stories through the strokes of my brush.
My primary medium is acrylic painting, but I love experimenting and blending other materials into my work. From traditional Hanji (Korean handmade paper), discarded items, to fabrics, I embrace the art of collage to add depth and texture to my creations. For me, each piece is a journey of freedom and exploration, where colors dance and materials merge to tell tales untold.
Art, to me, is more than just a form of expression—it's my language, my dialogue with the world. Through my paintings, I invite you to listen, feel, and converse with me in a realm where words are painted, and silence speaks volumes.
Welcome to my world of vivid expressions and silent conversations. Let's embark on this vibrant journey together!
