MolSSI's Computational Molecular Software Database

A curated Database for computational molecular sciences software at MolSSI. The database is fully searchable through a Web interface and RESTful APIs and accept the community collaboration. (link coming soon)


LASCAD: Automatic Classification of Open Source Projects in Github using Machine Learning (LDA)

A search engine that uses machine learning and information retrieval to automatically categorize software based on source code only without the need for metadata or readme files. LASCAD can also find cross-language software suggestions.


DeTangle: A Framework for Interactive Prediction and Visualization of Gene Regulatory Networks

A Web application for biologists to upload their gene expression data along with nay prior knowledge. DeTangle uses our method PEAK to predict the network using machine learning. The server is interactive. Users can add their prior knowledge directly on the server. http://detangle.cs.vt.edu
