Paint correction (polishing) Stages I, II, III, and IV
Timeframe: 3-16 hours.
Paint correction is a rigorous process of machine compounding and polishing your car's paint, utilizing a fusion of techniques to eliminate a minute layer of the clear coat, thereby leveling out any embedded scratches and abrasions. This procedure is effective in eliminating fine scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, haze, and other surface imperfections. It's worth noting that the extent of correction work required is contingent upon the condition and age of your car's clear coat.
Here is a breakdown of our exterior paint enhancement services:
Stage I Exterior Paint Enhancement:
Hand wash
Mild paint decontamination
Machine polishing to remove minor surface swirls and enhance gloss
Application of Polishing Compound for superior gloss and protection against harsh elements lasting 3-6 months
Stage II Exterior Paint Enhancement:
Hand wash
Paint decontamination with clay bar
Machine polishing to remove up to 40% of paint defects and enhance shine and gloss
Application of hand wax/Polishing Compound /Silica-based paint sealant
Stage III Exterior Paint Correction:
Includes Stage II services
Machine compounding to remove up to 75% of paint defects - Step One
Machine polishing to compliment compounding and remove up to 80% of paint defects - Step Two
Application of silica-based paint sealant or hand paste wax
Optional paint coatings available as an add-on service
Stage IV Exterior Paint Correction:
Includes Stage III services
Machine compounding to remove up to 90% of paint defects - Step One
Machine polishing to compliment compounding and remove up to 90% of paint defects - Step Two
Machine jeweling to compliment polishing, create great gloss and remove up to 90% of paint defects - Step Three
Application of silica-based paint sealant or hand paste wax
