He was born and brought up in Diglipur at very same place. Did his early Schooling from Diglipur and latter moved on to Rangat for Senior Secondary Studies in Science so to fullfill his dreams to become Doctor.

He completed his various degrees from Kolkata and then moved to his native place to serve his people and opened a single sitting clinic at Subash Bazar, Diglipur.

His dreams to open first multi specialty hospital at Diglipur came into reality on 1st January 2016, when this hospital was open jointly by cutting rope by our honorable M.P. Shri Bishnu Pada Ray and his beloved father Shri. Manoranjan Ray in presence of dignitaries from Health Department along with family, friends and well wishers.
