From the moment Daniel Idaye first stepped foot on a construction site, he observed every option possible step in the building process. For decades he studied and learned different techniques from the robust walls of Nigeria, Tanzania & Ghana to the intricate designs in Poland. After studying in three separate continents Europe, Africa & North America, Daniel has decided to expand his expertise and apply it to his Canadian builds.

We are proud to build and design our projects from start to finish because it gives us immense advantages. By having a fully–staffed and growing construction and design team, we can manage our capital and development costs, customize our designs, and add exceptional value to all of our assets.
