"What thrills me the most with collage as a medium is the ability to take images out of their original context and create an entirely new one. Not every piece has a theme or message which leaves the interpretation for the viewer. However there are works that have specific meaning with social and political commentary. These collages that are made exclusively from cut outs served as my foundation in the medium and how to create a narrative from assembling images together."
