Version 3. is an important update with additional functionality that includes: forward (n+1) stutter; locus/dye specific Analytical Threshold; locus/dye specific drop-in parameters. The program is also much faster than previous versions. Read details about new features here. An example case is provided, with data and presentation using an exercise described in Chapter 10. The example case includes modelling of forward (n+1) stutter and specific marker settings dependent upon dye-colour: drop-in rates, analytical threshold, illustrating the new functionality of version 3.
