John served the country in two full careers around the globe, spanning 36 years…
He served the first 20 years as an Air Force officer (final promotion: Lieutenant Colonel) in flight operations ( F-111, RF-4) in the U.S., Thailand and England, and then in missile and avionics flight test (F-15, F-111, F-4), followed by program management of missile flight test of the Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile, which remains the premier fighter aircraft missile to this day.
In the Pentagon, he led the US Air Force headquarters management of financial and program management direction of multiple missile programs for general officer direction.
He culminated his career as the Air Force Program Director of the High Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM), used extensively in Operation Desert Storm (1991) and Iraqi Freedom (2003) to destroy Iraqi missile sites attacking U.S. fighter aircraft and more recently in 2025 during Operation Midnight Hammer against Iran to protect B-2 bombers and fighter aircraft on the mission to destroy Iran's nuclear capability.
His second phase of supporting the country's defense for the next 16 years was as the International Business Development Director of Raytheon Missile Systems Company (now renamed Raytheon) in Tucson to facilitate the Department of Defense's goal to expand the military capabilities of over 25 of our allied and coalition partner nations in Europe, Asia, Middle East and North and South America.
In his third and current career, John is an international broker for gold, bitcoin, and other commodities.
John graduated from Auburn University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
During various Air Force tours, he continued his postgraduate education in engineering, management and business graduate studies at George Washington University, University of Florida, University of Texas (Austin), Troy State University in Europe (MBA), National Defense University, and the Defense Systems Management College.
While at Raytheon, he attended an executive series at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
The preponderance of the business income is earmarked for a foundation for advancing and propagating worldwide the understanding of the overwhelmingly strong but almost universally misunderstood synergy of the Bible and science.
Why is this important?
For each and every decade, Christianity has been waning -- particularly in Europe as well as North America -- in large part because of the influence of science in schools being taught from a purely materialistic perspective based on scientifically outdated theories, as well as failure of the church to address the issue in a meaningful way.
There has been a needless wedge between many in the scientific community and theism for over two centuries, when in fact with virtually every new discovery in biology, physics, chemistry and astronomy, the science is becoming evermore overwhelmingly evident that the two dovetail incredibly well, pointing to intelligent design -- from subatomic particles to all living cells to the solar system to the entire universe -- rather than by random chance.
The longstanding dichotomy is due to widespread misinterpretation and dogma in both - the Christian community as well as non-theists in the scientific community -- for entirely different reasons.
Now with such incredible continued scientific discoveries which do indeed point overwhelmingly to an Intelligent Designer, the goal of the Foundation for Christianity and Science is to help bring a common understanding between the two communities worldwide, with the intended result:
... A reawakening and expansion of Christianity worldwide as one of the major impediments is erased by a deeper, common understanding of how Christianity and science are not at odds with one another -- they are in deep unity!
