Restore Purchases
If you changed devices or reinstalled the app:
Open the App → Settings → Restore Purchases
Use the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy the subscription
Make sure you have internet access when restoring
Manage or Cancel Subscription
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → select the app → Cancel / Manage
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select the app
Refunds
Refunds are handled by the store under its policies:
Apple App Store: request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com
Google Play: see play.google.com → Payments & subscriptions → Report a problem
(We can’t issue refunds directly.)
Troubleshooting
Still seeing ads / Premium not unlocked?
Check you’re signed in with the correct store account.
Tap Restore Purchases in app Settings.
Ensure internet is available and restart the app.
Broken manual link? Send the state and the broken URL to our email—we’ll fix it quickly.
Data & Privacy Requests
To access, export, or delete your data, email us with subject “Privacy Request” and include your device model and app version.
