By participating in the DMV Beneficials order, I agree to the following terms:
1. I agree to pay my beneficial insect order in full when I enter my order.
a. I understand that DMV Beneficials will make three attempts to collect payment (one attempt via email, one attempt via money request, and one attempt via Facebook) beginning the Sunday after the order closes.
b. I understand that if I do not submit payment by End-of-Business on the Monday before Bug Day, I forfeit my order.
c. I understand that I need to provide a reliable way for the DMVb team to contact me about my order, and will check my provided contact method for order communications.
2. I agree to follow through with my beneficial insect order.
a. I understand that if I need to cancel my order after making a payment, I must contact the Bug Order Coordinator by the Monday before Bug Day to receive a full refund.
b. I understand that if I cancel my order the day or two before Bug Day, I am eligible for a partial refund.
c. I understand that I can post my order on the Facebook group as an effort to resell my order. I am responsible for coordinating payment with the buyer.
3. I agree to confirm my Waitlist Bugs order within 12 hours of receiving communication from DMV Beneficials.
a. I understand that if I do not confirm my Waitlist Bugs order within 12 hours, the offer is rescinded and the bugs will be offered to the next person.
4. I agree to submit payment for my Waitlist Bugs as soon as I confirm my order.
a. I understand that If payment is not received once I confirm the order, the bugs will be offered to the next person on the list.
b. I understand that once I confirm and make payment for the Waitlist order, I am not eligible for a refund.
5. I agree to pick up my beneficial insect order on the day and time indicated for my selected pick-up location.
a. I understand that pick-up location changes should be communicated with the Bug Day Coordinator the day prior to Bug Day.
b. I understand that my pick-up location change request may not be possible, and if it is not then I am responsible for either requesting a cancellation or finding another member to take my bug order.
6. I agree to communicate with my pick-up location Point-of-Contact ASAP if I am unable to pick up my order.
a. I understand that if I do not get in touch by noon the day after Bug Day, I lose my order and am not eligible for a refund.
b. I understand that I have 24 hours after Bug Day to pick up my order after communicating with the Point-of-Contact.
c. I understand that it is my responsibility to coordinate with another group member to resell my bugs if I am unable to pick up my order.
d. I understand that if I do not pick up my order, I am not eligible for a refund.
