10. Account Deletion

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Open the DMS Mart app

2. Go to Profile tab

3. Tap "Account Details"

4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"

5. Type "Delete" to confirm

6. Tap "Delete Account" button

What Data Gets Deleted:

- Your profile information (name, email, phone number)

- All saved addresses

- Order history and preferences

- Shopping cart items

- Notification settings

- Account authentication data

What Data We Keep:

- Financial transaction records (for accounting purposes)

- Data required for tax compliance

- Information required by legal authorities

Data Retention Period:

- Financial records: 7 years (as required by tax law)

- Legal compliance data: As required by applicable laws

- All other data: Deleted immediately upon account deletion
