Nguyen writes with passion and feeling. Even without illustrations, you can clearly picture what the author describes. If you're looking for a graphic novel that will make your heart render and warm at the same time, you've found it. The plot is well thought out and very appealing.

The illustrations pair remarkably well with the story, drawing you in. The stunning pictures are the perfect addition to make you want to read this novel again and again!
