How Can We Help?

Although we provide transport we are not a traditional taxi service. We assist all our clients from collection point into the vehicle. Our service is reliable and on time and our team are friendly and professional. Our vehicles are specially adapted with rear loading for wheelchairs meaning our clients can face forward on the journey enjoying the sights. Our vehicles are safe with 5 point Q straint locking system. We can provide pre transport home visits free of charge for piece of mind. 

A large portion of our clients choose our companion driving service or waiting service where we ensure that they are fully accompanied to medical appointments, special occasions, lunch/dinner, shopping or day trips. As many of our clients have complex medical needs we also provide a waiting service for all occasions ensuring we are there for them immediately after their appointment. 

We already work closely with some national holiday companies. They trust us to provide their clients with safe and reliable transport for long distance journeys. We travel anywhere in the UK, day or night, weekdays or weekends. We can also assist with day trips, waiting for clients and transporting home the same day. 

We also provide transport for school runs and day centre students. We already work with Council bodies including Birmingham City Council providing transport for Children and adults. 

Unlike most local transport companies we will gladly transport your beloved pet to medical appointments or other trips. You can also accompany your pet if you wish. With our rear ramp your pet can easily enter the vehicle where we provide blankets, harnesses and cages if required. We already work with several Veterniary surgeries across the area whom are happy to recommmend our pet friendly service. 

We can also provide an in home companionship service. Maybe you have a loved one who might like to see a friendly face. Although we do not provide personal care we can help with shopping, pop in for a chat, play some cards, make a cuppa or read the newspaper. Nothing is too much trouble.
