Personalized retargeting ads are ads delivered through Google and Meta to someone who clicks on an ad and visits a page on the ThisIsCooperstown.com website or landing page within it. Ads are delivered again within a 2 day window to reinforce the campaign’s message or encourage another action (Book your stay, schedule your visit, etc.)


New this year, choose the which quarters in the year you want your ads to run. Don't need the boost in the Summer? Partners you can choose which quarters to run their personalized ads. (more details in the Partner Chart below)

Lodging Partners

The first (Level 1) 10 Lodging partners to sign up will be listed as a “Featured Hotel” on Google as a part of our SEM campaign 




Structured snippet extensions highlight a single, unique aspect of our destination. In this case, our lodging options. By being included, your business is labeled as a featured hotel alongside our search text ads. Our This is Cooperstown's eNewsletters are sent to over 30,000 subscribers, and we have recently celebrated a nearly 70% open rate with our most engaged readers. This Fall, we transitioned to a monthly dispatch a shift from our seasonal approach with a refreshed format. Our aim is always to boost engagement, clicks, and interest in area businesses and organizations. We curate the latest in activities, openings, news, and exclusive packages, enticing readers to plan their next visit to Otsego County, ensuring they're always in the loop with the vibrant happenings of the locale.

One on One meetings and Headshot Workshops

Returning in 2024, Partners at Level 1 and 2 have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one meeting with a DMC Staff member in January or February, facilitating a deeper understanding of any updates, changes, or priorities you may have in the upcoming year for your marketing plans and executions. These insightful interactions enable us to tailor our approach when identifying new opportunities in which your offerings can be prominently featured.

Additionally, we are providing a Headshot Workshop, presenting you with a valuable opportunity to refresh those crucial professional photographs.
