Before Recital Day

• In-Studio Dress Rehearsal:  Please wear your costumes, tights, and dance shoes in class the week of Sun May 3rd - Sat May 9th. Wear a leotard underneath for easy costume changes between classes. Hair accessories will not be worn. YOU DO NOT NEED TO WEAR COMPANY COSTUMES OR POMS UNIFORMS. 

• If your costume is only a top, you will wear your own pair of black leggings and a camisole black leotard with the top. 

• Tights and shoe colors to go with your costume should correspond with our studio dress code. 

• Do you have multiple costumes in your house and are unsure of which costume goes with which class? Check your files in Studio Pro!

On Recital Day

• Arrive to the recital venue already dressed in your first costume (you will receive an email with this information the week of tech rehearsal) with hair and makeup completed. 

• Hair accessories that came with any of the costumes will NOT be worn. (They are yours to keep.)

• Tights and costumes should be worn without underwear, like a swimsuit, so there are no visible lines. You can wear a nude camisole leotard  or your class leotard underneath as a base layer if you have costume changes. 

• Wearing a rental costume? Be sure to bring a change of clothes so that you can leave your rental costume with us after the show ends!

• Upon Arrival - these instructions will be emailed to you.

Encore Show

• Wear any black items of your choice - tank top, leotard, t-shirt, leggings, booty shorts, etc. 

Stepping Into the Supernatural  Shows

• Silks/Lyra students: wear your costumes.

• Company Dancers wear your full costumes.
