I am a COOK. I started peeling carrots in my grandmothers basement when I was four. I will always be a cook first no matter what I do professionally. It is part of who I am. I earned the title of chef young & humbled myself to the leadership of those much wiser than I, with much more experience than I even I gained in my years. I know ownership & the losses as well profited along with partners, investors selling a successful ventures. ~DM
