On January 5, 2023, I had the honor of being invited to facilitate a teacher's training session titled "Online Teaching" at Daffodil International University-DIU, organized by the Human Resource Development Institute-HRDI. I want to express my gratitude to HRDI for this opportunity and for giving me the chance to share my knowledge and skills with the participants.

During the session, we discussed how traditional teaching methods are no longer sufficient for the demands of the 21st century. With the world becoming increasingly digital, it is important for educators to be able to adapt and effectively teach online. As someone who is passionate about education, it was a pleasure for me to share my insights and experiences with the attendees.

I truly believe that building capacity for online teaching is essential for the future of education, and I am glad that I was able to contribute to this important discussion. The participants were enthusiastic and engaged, and it was wonderful to see the impact that the session had on their understanding and approach to online teaching.
