Teaching and Training
Teaching Philosophy
Teachers have three loves: the love of learning, the love of learners, and the love of bringing the first two loves together,” said Scot Hayden, an American composer.
I was inspired to teach because of my love of learning and my love for learners. My first official job was as a part-time teacher at Daffodil International University. Before that, I trained around 1500+ students in different institutions. An integral part of my learning was how to teach beyond traditional teaching and what its respective job is. My teaching style is primarily centered on class engagement. I adapt my teaching style in order to cater to everyone and make the material as interesting as possible. I like to use group exercises, gamification-based learning, colorful interactive and engaging lecture slides, and even videos where possible to demonstrate my learning points. I believe this is something that increases student interest significantly and, from my experience, leads to a better learning experience overall. The behavioral management of our students is another important matter in teaching.
I focus on the three R’s of respect, response, and the right way to learn as a means of behavioral management. Finally, I have an approachable, inclusive style of teaching that is sufficiently flexible enough to cater to a diverse range of learning styles, needs, and requirements.

“It’s the teacher that makes the difference, not the classroom”.
As a teacher, it is my responsibility to create equal opportunities for my students. I try to organize the teaching materials according to their needs. Counseling is a part of my teaching that helps my students to remove their stress as well as increase their mental strength. Another aspect of my teaching style is to teach them about real-life problems and their solutions. This will help them build their professional competence and make them industry-oriented. I am compassionate and try to understand their difficulties vicariously. At the end of the day, the respect I received from my students gave me the fuel to continue this noble journey.
