Article 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the terms and conditions and other necessary matters regarding the use of the DrawingMate app service (hereinafter, "Service") operated by InnoLab (hereinafter, "Company").
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:
① Member: An individual who has entered basic member information, concluded a service usage agreement with the Company, and been assigned an ID.
② Email: The unique electronic mail address of the member for member identification and service usage.
③ Password: A combination of letters and numbers chosen by the member to protect their online secrecy.
④ Termination: The termination of the usage agreement by either the Company or the member.
Article 3 (Disclosure and Effectiveness of Terms of Service and Amendments)
① These Terms of Service are disclosed by posting them on the member registration screen. The Company may amend these Terms of Service if necessary due to changes in circumstances or important business reasons, and the amended Terms of Service will be disclosed through the notice board.
② These Terms of Service and any subsequent amendments to the Terms of Service due to changes in Company circumstances shall become effective upon disclosure to users.
Article 4 (Governing Rules)
In the event that matters not specified in these Terms of Service are stipulated in the Telecommunications Basic Act, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, the Computer Program Protection Act, the Copyright Act, or other relevant laws and regulations, those regulations shall be followed.
Article 2. Usage Agreement
Article 5 (Application for Usage)
① Applying for membership by logging in and registering on the member login and registration screen shall be deemed consent to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
② Applicants may submit only one application for usage with one email address.
③ Users who do not enter real information may be subject to restrictions on service usage.
Article 6 (Acceptance of Application for Usage)
Users can use the Company's services by logging in and registering without any separate acceptance.
Article 3. Obligations of the Parties
Article 7 (Obligations of the Company)
① The Company is obligated to operate the site stably and continuously.
② The Company shall immediately handle any opinions or complaints raised by users if deemed legitimate. However, if immediate handling is difficult, the Company shall inform users of the reason and processing schedule through the notice board or electronic mail.
③ In the case of Article 1, exceptions apply when there is a request from relevant institutions or the Information and Communications Ethics Committee for investigative purposes, or when a warrant is presented, or in other cases stipulated by relevant laws and regulations.
Article 8 (Obligations of Users)
① Users shall understand and comply with these Terms of Service, Company notices, service usage instructions, and refrain from engaging in acts that hinder the Company's business operations.
② Users shall not engage in any profit-making activities using this Service without the prior consent of the Company.
③ Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or use the information obtained through this Service in any other way or provide it to others without the prior consent of the Company.
Article 4. Provision and Usage of Service
Article 9 (Service Usage)
① Users shall use the Service in compliance with the provisions of these Terms of Service.
② Matters regarding service usage not specified in these Terms of Service shall be governed by the content posted in the "Notice Board" or announced separately by the Company.
Article 10 (Provision of Information)
The Company may provide information to members about various matters deemed necessary for members' service usage through electronic mail or other methods.
Article 11 (Placement of Advertisements)
① The Company may place advertisements, etc. on the service screen, homepage, electronic mail, etc. in connection with the operation of the service.
② The Company is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from members' participation in promotional activities by advertisers posted on the service, or from communication or transactions as a result thereof.
Article 12 (Restrictions on Service Usage)
The Company may restrict the usage of a particular user if their service usage or actions fall under any of the following:
① Violating public order and decency, or other social order.
② Intentionally or objectively recognized as related to criminal activity.
③ Damaging the reputation of others or significantly hindering the service usage of others.
④ Continuously transmitting content against the will of others, promotional information, etc.
⑤ Hindering the healthy operation of the service through hacking, spreading computer viruses, etc.
⑥ Infringing the intellectual property rights of other users or third parties, or where the intellectual property right holder can claim infringement of intellectual property rights.
⑦ Using the email and password of another person.
⑧ Violating other relevant laws and regulations, or when the Company deems the user inappropriate.
Article 13 (Suspension of Service Provision)
The Company may suspend the provision of all or part of the service if any of the following applies:
① The telecommunications business operator or internet network operator as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends service.
② Service provision is impossible due to a power outage.
③ Relocation, maintenance, or construction of facilities is unavoidable.
④ Normal service provision is difficult due to equipment failure, service usage overload, etc.
⑤ A state of war, riot, natural disaster, or an equivalent national emergency occurs or is likely to occur.
Article 14 (Management of Posted Materials)
The Company may arbitrarily delete, relocate, or refuse registration of materials posted or provided by users if deemed to fall under Article 12 for the purpose of establishing a healthy communication culture and operating the service efficiently.
Article 15 (Responsibility for Service Usage)
Users shall not engage in business activities selling illegal goods using the service except when specifically permitted in writing by a duly authorized employee of the Company. In particular, they shall not engage in hacking, money-making advertising, commercial activities using pornographic sites, illegal provision of commercial S/W, etc. The Company shall not be responsible for the results and losses of such business activities, legal actions such as arrests by relevant authorities, etc., if violated.
Article 5. Miscellaneous
Article 16 (Disclaimer and Indemnification)
① The Company shall be exempt from responsibility for service provision if service provision becomes impossible due to a natural disaster or an equivalent force majeure.
② The Company shall not bear any responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, etc. of information, data, and content posted by users on the bulletin board, and users shall use this service at their own responsibility.
③ If any damage occurs due to materials posted or transmitted by users, or if any disadvantages occur in connection with the selection of materials or other free services, the user shall bear all responsibility.
④ Users shall be responsible for any damages arising from the management and usage of IDs and passwords, negligence of the user, or unauthorized usage by third parties.
⑤ If the Company suffers damages due to a violation of these Terms of Service by the user, the user who violated these Terms of Service shall compensate the Company for all damages and indemnify the Company against such damages.
Article 17 (Settlement of Disputes)
① The Company and the user shall make every effort to amicably resolve any disputes arising in connection with the use of this site.
② Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 1, if a lawsuit is filed due to such a dispute, the lawsuit shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Service shall come into effect on May 1, 2025.
