De La Salle John Bosco College, a member of the Lasallian Family in the Philippines, envisions itself as the center of academic research and technological excellence by providing wider avenue of quality human and Christian education for the Filipino youth

Greatly inspired by Lasallian ideals, De La Salle John Bosco College believes in the Divine Providence and upholds the values of human dignity, social justice and responsibility, sense of national identity and culture, in integrity of creation and competence.
As an educational institution of empowered individuals, it commits itself to promote the community's welfare and support the church's mission towards total human transformation.

The DLSJBC Learning Resource Center envisions itself as a center for academic research, fostering innovation, creativity, and lifelong learning in the Lasallian community.
MISSION
MISSION
Guided by the Lasallian core values, the Learning Resource Center provides relevant resources, technology-driven services, and responsive support to instruction, research, and community engagement, contributing to the holistic formation of its users.
GOAL & OBJECTIVES
The LRC aims to support academic and research programs, provide updated and relevant materials, promote information literacy and lifelong learning, enhance access through technology, deliver quality services, and strengthen community engagement. To achieve this, the LRC shall:
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
Acquire and maintain relevant print, non-print, and digital resources aligned with curricular and research needs
Ensure efficient and equitable access to information resources and services
Conduct information literacy programs, library orientations, and user education activities
Implement and sustain appropriate library technologies and digital systems
Continuously evaluate and improve library collections, facilities, and services
Participate in local and regional cooperative resource sharing to promote knowledge, instruction, and research
Implement outreach and extension programs that extend library services to the community
