The lab operates with precision and intention. Every order is treated as an editorial piece, not a casual request. Respect is the baseline. Courtesy, professionalism, and clear dialogue are required at all times. Aggression, entitlement, or disregard for process will result in termination of service without exception.

The lab makes no distinctions between clients. All are met with the same measure of attention, regardless of order size. What we expect in return is straightforward: reach us with clarity, articulate your needs properly, and trust the framework we’ve set.

Standard completion requires 2–7 days. Prior consultation is encouraged. An accelerated track is available: 1-day completion for an additional 3,000 IDR, or 6-hour rush service for an additional 6,000 IDR.

You may discuss concepts, photos, or design direction before submitting the order form. Once ready, please fill out the form with clear, detailed information. Accuracy at this stage ensures smoother progress during the design process.

For all request-based projects, payment is required upfront. This secures your slot and confirms your commitment. Transactions are processed exclusively through QRIS and GoPay.  Once payment is confirmed, a preview draft will be provided for review.

The preview stage is meant for checking alignment before moving forward. After the preview is approved and the final design file is delivered, one round of minor revisions is included. Any further edits, major changes, or shifts in direction beyond this point will require a new order agreement.

All layouts, drafts, and final designs produced by @dls_lab remain the intellectual property of the lab. Clients are granted usage rights for personal or agreed-upon purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or claiming the work as one’s own constitutes plagiarism and will incur a penalty fee of 300,000 IDR.
