Registration is required to access DLBCN. The event is free for all attendees, thanks to our wonderful sponsors.
Tickets grant access to the Vèrtex building, but do not guarantee access to the auditorium. There is a probability (low) that all seats in the auditorium are occupied, because we distribute more tickets than seats available. We have applied this policy because of the high rate of no-shows in previous editions of DLBCN (+20%). The seats in the auditorium will be assigned with a first come-first served policy. If the auditorium reaches capacity, a waiting line will be formed at the door, and new guests will be let in if others leave the auditorium. Do not leave apparel/bags in the auditorium seats between sessions. They may be collected and brought to the registration desk to free the seats.
Notice that posters are located outside the auditorium, so many attendees will leave the auditorium after each oral session. If you cannot access the auditorium because we reached capacity, you can still enter for the next session following again the first come-first served policy. All oral sessions are live streamed on our YouTube channel.
