Early access tickets will be distributed to guarantee a seat in the available auditorium only until 5 minutes before the start of the session. Afterwards, seats will be distributed among the people in a waiting line and ticket holders for that session will also need to join this line.

Early access tickets are being gradually distributed following this calendar:

• November 21-25: Presenters, co-authors and organizers.

• November 28-30: Organizing institutions & sponsors.

• December 1: General public can book their tickets on Eventbrite. [few tickets left]

*Note that there will be a specific queue for people who come without a ticket. In case of emply seats, they will be assigned with a first come, first served policy.
