Registration

General and free admission will open on Monday 3rd December at 10am. Links will be posted in this same webpage. A waiting list will be created once all tickets are assigned. A different ticket will need to be booked for each of the three main sessions:

• Thursday AM @ UPF Poblenou
• Thursday PM @ UPF Poblenou
• Friday AM @ UPC Campus Nord

On Thursday at UPF, an overflow room with video streaming will also be set up and tickets for it distributed.

All speakers, posters presenters and student volunteers have a guaranteed ticket, so they should not apply to a general entry ticket. Chairs will distribute these tickets personally.

Satellite events have different registration policies. Check with each of them separately.
