An experienced Rover Scout, David co-leads the Youth Leadership Training at WOSM 2024-27. David has served World Scouting under the Resolution Committee of World Scout Conference, Youth Engagement Task Force 22-23, and the Youth Leadership Project Team 23-24. His portfolio spans International Relations, Governance, Youth, and Scouts for SDGs. David is interested in dialogue, governance, advocacy, leadership, and organizational development, aiming to utilize his expertise to contribute to Scouting in the Asia-Pacific. In his professional life, David is a graduate student majoring in international relations.
