David is the Chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Youth Representatives (RYR), serving on the Regional Scout Committee, representing 38 million young scouts in the region. As a World Scouting Youth Representative, he externally represents 58 million Scouts worldwide in various international institutions on Youth, Peace, and Security (YPS). He also co-leads the Youth Leadership Training at WOSM 2024-27. 

David's portfolio spans International Relations, Governance, Youth, and Scouts for SDGs. David is interested in dialogue, advocacy, leadership and organizational development, aiming to utilize his expertise to contribute to Scouting in the Asia-Pacific and beyond. In his professional life, David is a graduate student majoring in international relations.
