よくある質問
Q. 「計測開始」を押しても始まりません
A. 設定タブの「ショートカットを追加」から「DK WiFi Survey」ショートカットを追加しているか確認してください。追加済みの場合は、もう一度「計測開始」を押してください。ショートカットAppで前の計測が実行中のまま残っているときは、それを止めてからお試しください。
Q. ショートカットが必要なのはなぜですか
A. iOSのアプリは、Wi-Fiの電波強度を直接読み取れないためです。iOS 17以降のショートカットにある「ネットワークの詳細を取得」で値を読み取り、アプリに渡しています。
Q. 「計測を停止しました」という通知が出ます
A. 計測を止めたときにショートカットAppが表示するもので、故障ではありません。
Q. 周りのWi-Fiやチャネルの混雑状況を見たい
A. iOSの制限により、計測できるのは接続中のWi-Fi（1台のアクセスポイント）だけです。
Q. 他のアプリに切り替えると計測が止まります
A. 電池の消費を抑えるため、アプリが裏に回ると計測を止めます。計測中は本アプリを表示したままにしてください。
Q. 機種変更や再インストール後にProを使いたい
A. 設定タブの「購入を復元」を押してください。購入時と同じApple Accountでご利用ください。
Q. 英語表示にしたい
A. iPhoneの「設定」→「アプリ」→「DK WiFi Survey」→「言語」で切り替えられます（iPhoneの「優先する言語」に2つ以上の言語がある場合に表示されます）。

FAQ
Q. Nothing happens when I tap Start.
A. Make sure you have added the "DK WiFi Survey" shortcut from "Add Shortcut" in the Settings tab. If it is already added, tap Start again. If an earlier run is still active in the Shortcuts app, stop it and try again.
Q. Why does the app need Shortcuts?
A. iOS apps cannot read Wi-Fi signal strength directly. The app uses the "Get Network Details" action in Shortcuts (iOS 17+) to read the values and pass them to the app.
Q. I see a "stopped" notification from Shortcuts.
A. Shortcuts shows it when a measurement ends. This is expected.
Q. Can I see nearby networks or channel usage?
A. No. Because of iOS restrictions, only the network you are connected to (one access point) can be measured.
Q. Measurement stops when I switch apps.
A. To save battery, measurement stops when the app goes to the background. Keep the app on screen while measuring.
Q. How do I get Pro on a new iPhone or after reinstalling?
A. Tap "Restore Purchases" in the Settings tab, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
Q. How do I change the language?
A. Open Settings > Apps > DK WiFi Survey > Language on your iPhone. This option appears when your iPhone has two or more preferred languages.
