1. Overview
DKSoft respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Bubble Level - Crooked Judge (the “App”) accesses and handles information when you use the App.
The App is designed to work without an account, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud services, or an internet connection. DKSoft does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information through the App.
2. Information the App Accesses
To provide its leveling functionality, the App accesses motion-sensor readings available on your device, such as gravity, accelerometer, gyroscope, and device-orientation data.
These sensor readings are used only to calculate device tilt, calibration, ball position, and leveling guidance. Sensor readings are processed locally on your device.
The App does not access or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera data, precise or approximate location, advertising identifiers, account information, financial information, health information, or browsing activity.
3. Data Collection and Sharing
DKSoft does not collect personal or sensitive user data through the App.
The App does not transmit motion-sensor readings or other user data to DKSoft or to third parties. No personal or sensitive user data is sold, shared, or used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking.
4. Internet and Third-Party Services
The App does not require an internet connection for its core functionality and does not request the Android INTERNET permission in the current release.
The App does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, account services, or cloud-storage services that collect user information.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Because DKSoft does not collect personal or sensitive user data through the App, DKSoft does not retain such data on its servers.
Motion-sensor readings used for measurement and calibration are processed locally during use and are not transmitted to DKSoft. The App does not provide user accounts, so there is no account-based personal data retained by DKSoft that requires an account-deletion process.
6. Data Security
The App is designed to minimize privacy risk by processing measurement data locally and by avoiding unnecessary network access and third-party tracking services.
Because no personal or sensitive user data is transmitted to or stored by DKSoft through the App, there is no DKSoft server-side repository of App user data to secure or disclose.
7. Children’s Privacy
Bubble Level - Crooked Judge is a general-purpose utility and is not designed to collect personal information from children. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
DKSoft may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change. If the App begins to collect, transmit, or share data in a way not described here, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures will be updated before or when such changes are introduced, as required.
