Sharing moments with DKG sisters

This was my first introduction to Phi Chapter. The Phi Chapter members embraced me as though I was a sister long absent from the family. 

I moved from my original chapter, Alpha Zeta, Area 17 (Harrison County) when I changed libraries from Marshall HS and W.B. Travis Elementary to Henderson ISD. A career move in 2014 to Henderson High School allowed me to be closer to home.

My library career began in Kilgore at Maude Laird Middle School as the first librarian in a middle school, evolved from the old Kilgore Jr. HS, fresh out of TWU, Denton.  Currently, I am with KISD. Moving to KISD allowed me librarianship with my grandsons and daughter in Kilgore.
