Process Assistant (January 2022 - Present)

• Helping support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal & external suppliers.

• Ensure successful area performance through tracking and reporting metrics.

• Participate in operational excellence initiatives.

• Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide timely and detailed feedback.

• Occasionally assist with production duties, train associates, and verify standard operating procedure compliance.

On the Road Associate (August 2020 - December 2021)

• Assisted Amazon drivers to load packages in their vans and ensure they can leave on time dispatch.

• Help coordinate route rescues for drivers that have fallen behind in work and completed audits to meet and follow the expected route metric.

• Checked daily vehicle control report to ensure that vehicles, are in perfect condition for delivery as well as the drivers.

• Help Delivery Service Partners encourage their drivers to reattempt found missing packages in their vans.

• Assisting the floor as an associate resource, training new associates, and verifying standard operating procedures compliance.

• Accountable and in charge of training new hires in the warehouse.

• Coaching associates to follow the standard work procedure, and safety protocols.

• Assisting in keeping the work area clean, organized and, give support where everyone can perform at their best.

• Help distributing packages that arrived in station to their designated locations in different areas in the building.
