DK Apps operates mobile applications including Primintukas and Smart Reminder PRO.
This Privacy Policy explains how these apps access, use, store, and handle user data.
What the apps do
Primintukas and Smart Reminder PRO are reminder, calendar-style planning, medication reminder, and school planning apps. The apps allow users to create entries by text or voice, attach images, and receive scheduled reminders.
Permissions the apps may use
Depending on the features used, the apps may request access to:
• microphone, for voice input
• camera, for taking photos
• photos / media files, for attaching images from the gallery
• notifications, for reminder alerts
• exact alarms and full-screen alerts, for time-sensitive reminder functionality
• device boot events, so scheduled reminders can continue working after device restart
Data handled by the apps
The apps may process and store:
• reminder text
• selected times, dates, and schedules
• medication reminder and treatment schedule information entered by the user
• school schedule information entered by the user
• image references, local image URIs, or locally created camera image files
• temporary voice input data and speech-to-text results
• sound, alert, and reminder settings
• subscription and premium access status information
• local technical settings needed for app functionality
Where data is stored
Most app data is stored locally on the user’s device.
Photos selected by the user and reminder-related data are generally stored locally on the device or referenced through local device URIs.
Voice input
When the user chooses voice input, the app may temporarily process voice input data in order to convert speech to text.
Depending on the device, Android version, and speech recognition provider, speech recognition may be handled by Android system services or related speech recognition services.
AI and text understanding
The apps primarily use local app logic to understand reminder text, dates, times, and commands.
In some cases, depending on the feature flow, parsing path, app version, or fallback behavior, user-entered text may be sent to an external AI processing service for text interpretation or command understanding.
This may include reminder text, date and time phrases, and other text entered by the user for planning or reminder creation.
Attached images are not intended to be sent to the external AI text processing service as part of this text interpretation flow.
If AI-assisted processing is used, it is used to support app functionality and improve understanding of user input.
Subscriptions and payments
If the user chooses paid access, subscriptions and payments are handled by Google Play.
Payment information is processed by Google Play according to Google’s own terms and privacy policies. DK Apps does not collect or store users’ payment card numbers or bank account details.
Data sharing
DK Apps does not sell user data to third parties.
The apps may rely on platform or service providers when required for core functionality, such as:
• Google Play, for subscription and purchase handling
• Android system services or related speech recognition services, when voice input is used
• external AI processing services, in some cases, for text interpretation and command understanding
• Android operating system components needed for notifications, alarms, media access, camera access, and reminder delivery
The apps also allow user-initiated sharing, such as when a user explicitly chooses to share reminder text or images using Android sharing features.
Health-related information
The apps may allow users to create medication reminders and treatment schedules. This information is handled only for reminder and planning functionality.
The apps are not intended to function as a medical device, diagnostic service, emergency service, or treatment decision system.
Children
The apps are not directed to children as their primary audience. They are intended for general productivity, reminders, and planning.
Data retention and deletion
Because most app data is stored locally on the user’s device, users can remove data by:
• deleting entries inside the app
• clearing app data in Android settings
• uninstalling the app
Some temporary files, such as temporary voice-processing files, may be automatically deleted by the app during normal operation.
Security
DK Apps aims to limit data handling to what is needed for app functionality. Sensitive features such as photos, microphone input, reminders, and health-related scheduling are used only to support the features chosen by the user.
